As with the Sale of Goods Act, under the Consumer Rights Act all products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
If an item is found to be faulty, mis-described or not fit for purpose, please return with proof of purchase within 28 days. We will happily refund you as described by the Consumer Rights Act (except where the item is marked or sold as faulty).
We hope you are completely happy with your purchase, but if not, you may return some or all of the products in your order for replacement or refund within 28 days of receiving your order.
If you do decide to return part or all of your order, simply follow these instructions
· Notify us within 14 days of receipt of the item that you wish to return it. The email address to do so is firstname.lastname@example.org.
· You then have a further 14 days from notifying us to either return via courier or in person at the Daisy Chain Store, 14 Ross Road, Stockton On Tees TS18 2NH.
· If you decide to return via courier please obtain a proof of posting receipt, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit and you must take this up with your courier directly if the parcel does not return to us.
· Once we have received your return we will either refund you using the same method you paid with, credit your online account, or contact you for more information.
You are entitled to a full refund including delivery charges for up to a maximum of 28 working days after you have received your order, if the order is faulty or not as described, provided all the items from that order are returned to us.
For items that are not faulty you are entitled to a full refund including postage costs if the item is returned within 14 days, provided all the items from that order are returned to us.
Once you have returned all or part of your order for a refund we will process your refund within 7 working days of receiving your returned order or receiving evidence of the order being returned to us (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is sooner. If you have opted for a premium postage service, we will only refund the basic cost of posting your item.
If you contact us outside of the 14 Days period or fail to return the item within 28 days we will not refund the item. (unless defective/ damaged if not listed in the description at time of sale).
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used when placing your order.
We do not refund postage and packing costs after 28 working days, unless the item is damaged or faulty. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on items that have clearly been laundered or used. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Daisy Chain Store offer a standard UK delivery which will be calculated at checkout on all orders containing second-hand, donated products. Products will be sent by Royal Mail who aim to deliver all parcels within 5 working days, with the exception of high-value or bulky items, which may incur a mandatory courier charge and may take longer. There is also an option to collect from store, should you wish to do so, please select this option at checkout. Orders from this website can be delivered internationally, but please be aware that additional charges may apply. We aim to dispatch all items within three working days of your order being received.
